linen service for our home owners and rental clients. Over the years, we have learned that the number one complaint from rental guest is linens: their quality, appearance, and quantity. We have searched for the answer to this issue and have created an amazing program that adds to the wonderful level of services we already provide! The linens that are provided to the guest are bed sheets, bath/kitchen/beach towels. If a guest stays for 14 nights or more, we offer to switch out the soiled linens for fresh ones each week at no additional expense to the guest or the owner – one member of Team Duncan will even pick up and drop off as well! Our vacation rental owners are very happy with the linen service as this is less wear and tear on their washer/dryer, they don’t have to purchase the linens for their property, and the guest always have fresh hospital grade standard clean linens.
