Our valued customers and friends have noticed that Team Duncan has changed—from our ads and logo, to our business cards and coming website. Now, we’re making changes to our property management division. I am excited to introduce a new addition to Team Duncan: Amanda Edge, who for five years has been a principal of ESP Vacation Rentals in Bradenton Beach and who will now head
Duncan Property Management and Vacations Rentals, with a combined inventory of over 100 properties. As a partner in ESP, Amanda was instrumental in managing properties from Longboat Key, to Anna Maria and the mainland, particularly NW Bradenton. She is a U.K. national who’s lived locally since 1993, but most locals are apt to recognize Amanda for her very active community involvement. On the Island she is a frequent donor to the Community Center; on the mainland, she’s a virtual “Who’s Whoâ€� of communal support, as host to events for the Pace Center for Girls, The Wellness Community, and the Women’s Resource Center. She’s a Board member of the South Florida Museum and S.T.A.R.T., a 2007 graduate of Leadership Manatee and an American Association of Fundraising Professionals’ nominee for Woman Volunteer of the Year. We are proud to add a caring, involved professional to our team, and she’s ready to help any property owner who so desires. Give her a call. You’ll just love the accent!
