Housed in what was formerly the Island doctor’s office in Holmes Beach, the proprietors Sean Murphy and Susan Timmins of Beach Bistro and Eat Here added another fantastic island endeavor. Instead of achieving well-being by the old saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor awayâ€� the key to happiness at this doctor’s office is a well crafted cocktail.
