A heated BBQ competition ran from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with prize money at stake.
Sarasota band AJ and The Automatics played blues, funk, and jazz from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Frontman Anthony J., born in San Antonio, Texas, brought powerful vocals and stage presence.
Other performers included Lauren Mitchell Band, RJ Howson and Friends, Kara Nally Band, and Kettle of Fish.
A VIP section offered preferred seating, top-shelf drinks, BBQ contest tickets, and Bridge Street Bistro meals.
