Coconut Breeze is a beautifully renovated duplex only a short five-minute walk to the beach. Coconut Breeze is finished in a beach style with tile throughout with custom cabinets & granite counter tops. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground level property is just like home, modernly furnished with all the bells & whistles. It sleeps four guests in total. The back of the villa opens to the private, tropical pool area featuring a built in Tiki Bar and Waterfall. In the tropical pool area, there is a 6-foot privacy fence and matured landscape creating great privacy between you and the neighbors. This vacation rental is close to shopping, dining and hop the free trolley and explore from Bradenton Beach to the city of Anna Maria.

EXTERIOR

Enjoy the tropical oasis in the back. The lagoon style, 28 ft by 15 ft private pool features a swim up Tiki Bar and a waterfall. Imagine yourself soaking up the sun and sipping an afternoon cocktail! Relax at this superb pool setting and eat dinner al fresco. The beach is in close walking distance. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and hop in the pool for more fun!

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway.

Coconut Breeze is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 25 lbs with a maximum of 2. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet per reservation. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Beautifully redone after that horrible storm! Great location; 5 or 6 houses behind the Ugly Grouper. Exceptionally clean and free of clutter. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor space was exceptional! Spent most of my time in or by the poor with waterfall and tiki table in the pool! Duncan was very helpful and quick with the few questions that we had. We’ve already scheduled for next February!

"Mother/daughter’s trip to AMI and Coconut Breeze was perfect for us! The house and the pool is absolutely beautiful! 6 min walk to the gorgeous beach and the trolley stop is close by which made trips to town easy and fun! Very clean and comfortable house…can’t wait to come back!

"We loved this house! The back patio and pool are incredible. We spent most of our time in the pool, as it had just the right amount of sun and shade all day. The house is close to everything, and is definitely in walking distance to many eateries and shopping.

"This was perfect for us!!! Very clean and comfortable. Only thing that could have possibly made it better is if the water would've been flowing over the rocks in the pool. But other than that it was perfect. Loves the tiki hut in the pool.

"We had such a great time at this house. Perfect for our family. We loved how it was on the same street as the Ugly Grouper and many other amazing restaurants and shops! Only a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach! The pool area was a dream! Stocked with tons of beach toys, floats, beach wagon, umbrellas, etc. the tiki bar was perfect to get out of the sun and watch the kiddos play! We also loved that you could see the pool from every angle inside of the house. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

"Great stay for a family of 4! Beautiful pool and outdoor area, really well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and more, they also have a beach cart to easily transport items to the beach. Great kitchen and bathrooms, nice size washer and dryer. We had a great time!
