An island native, Joey was born and raised on Anna Maria Island where he enjoyed summers on the beach and fishing the backwaters of Tampa Bay in the winters. Joey first joined Duncan Real Estate to oversee the vacation rental operations and has moved on to work as a licensed sales agent. Before joining Duncan Real Estate, Joey played D1 soccer at the University of South Carolina where he earned a B.A. in economics with concentration on marketing. Upon graduation Joey spent a year in Los Angeles working for a marketing firm.

“Anna Maria Island is home, it always has been and the favorite part of my job is sharing the opportunity for others to have similar experiences that I had. In my spare time you can find me at the dog parks with my dogs or playing soccer on the beach. Anna Maria has a charm unlike anywhere I’ve been and having the ability to open my front door to the beautiful white sands is a dream come true.
