New bathrooms and floors in 2024!
This property is located on the North end of the Anna Maria Island and has a wonderful private, heated pool. Conveniently close to the beach to enjoy the sunset view from the front porch and a short walk of 176 yards to the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Just pass a few homes and stick your toes in the water or dine at the famous Sandbar Restaurant which is also only half a block away. The house is very close to Pine Ave and all the great shops and restaurants in Anna Maria. Take a short stroll to the beach or go the other direction to the Bay side with views of the Sunshine Skyway.

EXTERIOR

Spring Break offers a great front porch to sit and relax or enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a large back porch with plenty of seating to enjoy your evening meal. A staircase is leading downstairs to the 27 ft by 12 ft heated pool from the back porch. There is plenty of seating around the pool. The covered patio invites to hang out or enjoy a game of darts. A gas grill and picnic table make this area complete. The large garage is filled with plenty of pool toys, beach cart and some beach chairs. Also enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from the beach!

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There is one covered parking space in the garage and two more additional parking spaces in the driveway.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January. Other months require manager approval.

This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking area.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"Best vacation ever! Duncan was accommodating, responsive, and made the process a breeze, even when we needed to reschedule! The home was a perfect size and layout to suit our needs of 8 people (2 adults, 2 teens, 4 younger children) comfortably. There was plenty of seating between the front porch, back deck and pool area. The pool area is absolutely beautiful & spacious — we spent countless hours there. The outdoor shower and hoses were very convenient for rinsing off upon return from the beach. Included in the garage were some pool toys, a beach wagon, beach carts, beach chairs, sand toys - pretty much everything you could need! The beach was a quick walk down the block and truly is all that it is hyped up to be! Aside from the beach, our Spring Ave location was so close to everything! We enjoyed walking over to Pine Ave for shopping & donuts, lots of ice cream trips to AMI Beach Hut, went on a morning bike ride from Beach Bums, and most places deliver including groceries. We also took a short ride to go on a boat tour with Shore Things which was SO worth it to see wildlife & explore the islands. Leaving was hard and we can’t wait to visit again. I highly recommend booking with Duncan!

"The property was close to the beach and within walking distance of many places. The house was clean and had a ton of beach and pool items available . I will definitely be back .

"It was a great experience. We received the door code about a half hour early. The weather was perfect. We utilized the wagon provided to take all our beach supplies the couple blocks to the beach everyday. Everything was within walking distance. There are some delicious restaurants right around the corner. The pool was refreshing when we wanted a reprieve from salt water. There was also some shade for those of us who burn easily. We were able to utilize the full kitchen to cook some meals. There are multiple balconies to enjoy a meal or just the breeze. There were no problems with the internet which was great because some of our party had to work part time during our stay. We did not run into any problems during our stay. The only thing I might suggest is curtains in the bedrooms in case people want to sleep in.

"Duncan was wonderful to work with and we will try and rent from them for our 2023 stay. We are disappointed the same house is not available, but we hope to find another within their rental pool. The house was very clean and Duncan was available for anything we needed. I highly recommend using them for your next stay on Anna Maria.

"Fantastic Experience. We come to Anna Maria every year for Christmas and New Years. This was our first time renting a property managed by Duncan, and we could not be happier.
