Welcome to “Beachcomber”, a cozy villa reminiscent of the tranquil days on Anna Maria Island. This charming duplex is only 3 houses or a short 300 ft. to the direct beach access to beautiful Holmes Beach.

When arriving at “Beachcomber”, you will pull up and park underneath the carport. There is parking for 2 cars only but don’t worry the Island is very walkable and our free Island trolley is only a short walk away.

Head up the stairs to the spacious deck where you will enjoy relaxing in the warm Florida sun. Enter the home through the sliding glass door, where you are greeted by a open living room concept with living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. The microwave is a convection oven/air fryer/microwave which can accommodate large dishes. There is no normal full size oven. Off the left side of hallway, you will find 1 bathroom with a shower and single sink, followed by 1 bedroom with a King size bed which can be converted into two twin beds. Enter the master bedroom on the right side of the hallway. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub and single sink. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate a total of 5 persons.

You have the ability to stay connected on free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back and relax, turn on one of the TV’s and catch a flick or watch your favorite shows with your personal streaming login.

EXTERIOR

Imagine yourself soaking up the sun and sipping an afternoon cocktail on the large porch area upstairs. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. Relax downstairs in the swim spa and enjoy the seating area. This is where you find the gas grill.
There is a laundry room in the upstairs porch area.

There are two parking spaces in the driveway.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

"We spent our Spring Break at one of the Duncan vacation rentals and it was such a great experience! Their communication was excellent and so polite! The property was so clean and they even had a thoughtful little jar of salt water taffy’s waiting for us upon arrival! We would definitely stay with them again on future visits!

"FANTASTIC LOCATION!!! We absolutely loved where this property is located! The house was exactly as described, had plenty of towels/washcloths, a wagon & coolers with beach chairs and a boogie board to make going to the beach super easy!! The hot tub & porch area was AMAZING! We woke up every morning at sunrise to go hunt for seashells and either walked or rode bikes to the North Shore Cafe every morning for an açaí bowl. We had the best trip and enjoyed our stay in this property very much!

"Beachcomber is a lovely condo that is mere steps away from putting our toes in the sand. This property was perfect for my husband and I. Our favorite part was being able to go back and forth to the beach as much as we wanted, I think I went like 7 times in one day. We miss it already!
