Vacation Rental Agent

Jody was born in New York and raised in Bradenton. She lived in Holmes Beach for 20 years and brought up her children. She helped launch Duncan Real Estate in 2001 but then spent 17 years in the cosmetology field. Jody returned in 2021 to Team Duncan and is working as a vacation rental agent. Besides of being a wealth of knowledge of all island topics, she is managing the cleaning and quality control of our properties.

Outside of work Jody enjoys being at home and spending free time with her children and their golden doodle Sadie.
