Katie grew up visiting Anna Maria Island her whole life. Born and raised in the Midwest, she knew early on that she wanted to attend college in Florida. She pursued her dream and is a proud graduate from the University of Florida with a degree in accounting. After 8 years in the corporate world, in 2019 Katie followed her passion for Real Estate and joined the Duncan Real Estate team. Katie loves decorating and has a talent for seeing a good investment in a home. She is client focused and will always go the extra mile to find your perfect home.

Katie enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and two young daughters. She loves to run and has done numerous half marathons as well as the Chicago marathon. Katie has a passion for people and wants to talk to you about finding your dream home!
