The Beach Townhouses Condominium community has a large, heated pool. Lounge and relax at the pool area. There is your own private cabana area if you like to sit in the shade. To make your vacation as enjoyable as possible, The Getaway comes fully stocked with essential beach items and family items such as coolers, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a stroller, booster seats, puddle jumpers, an umbrella stroller, and much more!

There is one covered parking space and one uncovered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spot at the property of which you need a parking pass. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
