Dianne joined Duncan Real Estate in late 2009 as a member of the Property Management Group, primarily responsible for booking vacation rental reservations.  She joins TeamDuncan following several years as a volunteer, putting her strong administrative, computer and event planning skills to work for various organizations including the Women’s Resource Center of Manatee County and the condominium associations in which she resided.  In addition to her strong community involvement, Dianne has served as an administrator of a family-run business as well as a leasing agent/property manager for a gated country club community in Sarasota,  all part of the background which makes her a perfect fit for TeamDuncan.

Dianne is a single mother of two grown daughters, an adult son and grandmother of two and a half youngsters.  She is a native of  Pensacola, Florida and has spent most of her life in the State.  It comes as no surprise that Dianne is an avid boater, who also enjoys entertaining.  Cooking is one of her favorite hobbies.

For  12 years, Dianne resided in Cortez, Fl., just across the bridge from Bradenton Beach, and spent much of her time on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key.  Currently, she lives on the Manatee River in Palmetto, adding to her waterfront knowledge.
